I don't see the Pro I'm looking for?
You can Request a Custom Experience with a pro that is not on the site. We'll contact the pro and tell them you want to Roll w/ them, and get them setup on the site you can hang out and do cool stuff with them!
I don't see the Experience I'm looking for?
All Experiences are created by the Pros. Theres a strong chance they just haven't thought of what you have in mind, but are probably open to your idea. You can Request a Custom Experience and we'll do our best to set it up for you.
WHEN will the experience take place?
On the Experience page, you will see a date to choose in the drop down, OR click the "Request a Date" button. Then we'll reach out to the Pro to determine the best date that works for both of you so you can book your Experience!
WHERE will the experience take place?
The Experience description will list the general location or region. Then we'll reach out to the Pro to determine the best specific location that works for both of you so you can book your Experience!
Why do I have to request a time before I pay?
Because we need to first check that the pro is available for your preferred date. After we confirm that both you and the pro are available on a specific date and agree on all details, you can pay by clicking the "Book Now" button.
Can I cancel an Experience?
When setting up a date and time we highly recommend you thoroughly review your schedule, and your plans to try and avoid this. But if you realize that the dates and times you've selected just aren't going to work, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the time of the Experience and we'll provide you with a full refund.
